My husband works abroad and had sent me a beautiful ring for our 35th anniversary, it was a little big so as I was walking by this jewellers I called in to see if it could be sized down. I wasn't expecting the response I received, it wasnt "Yes ofcourse" or "No, I'm sorry" but an aggressive "You have a cheek to buy things off the internet and then ask me to change it!" I found this very upsetting.
