Well booked takeaway today the 12th January 2019 about 6.30pm for delivery at 8.00p.m......... its now 9.20p.m. And its a no show!!They ask for address, contact number so there is no reason why they cannot contact you to apologise for a late delivery. It just shows they do not value your custom. I could have phoned them up an asked where my takeaway was but what was the point! Its not going to arrive. So why offer a service that they cannot deliver, it would be better to tell the customer that they could not do it and we could have picked it up. Will never use them again!!! Poor customer service!Update!!! There was a knock at the door at 10.00 pm!!! Yes it was the food - 2 hours late!!needless to say we refused it. Not even an apology, just disbelief that we no longer wanted it.
Ordered a pizza and a couple of Indian dishes, had to wait about 25 minutes for collection. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was superb!

Waited two hours for a delivery that was estimated to be with us I half an hour. No update or apology. We called three times only to be shouted at! What an absolute joke. Dont offer delivery if you cant do it.
Great food, wide variety of choice and very helpful staff who can tell you everything you need to know about each dish.
