Brilliant service from JP Westall. Called at 7:30am about a leaking valve causing water to run down through the kitchen ceiling; 3hrs later it was being sorted out. Highly recommended.
Excellent service from Graham of Westalls when my boiler decided to pack in. Very thorough and meticulous and clearly knows his stuff, with all the specialised kit and equipment necessary to diagnose problems and resolve. My boiler lives to fight another day....but it is starting to get a bit long in the tooth, getting to decision time - continue to service & repair or replace...thanks for your advice Graham. Not looking forward to the invoice, but thats the price of not having a pre-priced service plan !
Unhelpful operative gave little information in person and the invoice gave even less. Plumber said boiler needed various works and they would supply prices. Invoice said boiler failed tests. Follow up visit came too early so we were out. Office did not help when contacted. Would not recommend them - couldn't care less attitude (but prompt in chasing the bill).
We have used JP Westalls for a few years now and have been very happy with their service , they have been very helpful and done repairs swiftly when we have had sudden breakdowns in our holiday cottages. Would not hesitate to recommend . Thank you to all staff .
Excellent service when we had a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom - turned out promptly and fixed the problem completely - can't fault them.
