Your experience of this place really depends on what you're there for and, what time of the day you want/need it. You must judge for yourself. Having said that: Staff at Hexham Police Station do an outstanding job. They really do swing into action in an emergency. They also keep you informed on the situation's status. That said: Once Upon a Time, the DieselEstate got nicked here. The treatment received was over and above expectation. I mean, once on the "other" side of the law (ahem), one can hardly expect 5 Star treatment - can they? Well, the DieselEstate actually got 5 Star treatment, including a tank refill, vacuum, wax & shine. Now, the DieselEstate happens to conform as and when conformity is called for so, perhaps the 5 Star treatment was due to that.
