Brilliant. Both vets I saw, Tim & Shona, were very helpful and supportive. Very kind reception staff in all three branches.
Although not the cheapest vets to go to, the staff are very friendly and helpful and it's evident that they all love the animals they care for. In my, experience the emergency vet was called out at 9pm on a Sunday evening and arrived at the clinic in just under half an hour. I feel like I can fully rely on Orchard House to be professional, supportive and informative regarding the welfare of my pet. I would definitely highly recommend them.
Tim always looked after our Newfoundland dogs....and especially when we lost our darling truffy bear...they were all amazing and let me say goodbye...I will always be grateful....I recommend them to all of my friends and now use him for a dog owned by someone I work with....service is outstanding....
Returning to Hexham from Scotland four years ago gave us the opportunity to register at this superb practice where our two dogs have received exceptional care. The practice is owned and run by veterinary surgeon Tim Pearson who leads his excellent team to deliver the best of animal and customer care. The facilities are modern, and continuous development of personnel ensures that standards always remain high. I cannot recommend Orchard House Veterinary Centre highly enough and recommend that you go no where else.
