From start to finish an excellent service after purchasing a car we are over the moon with. Even our teenage son thinks it's cool. Not bad eh? Mark kept us informed with communication all the way through the purchase process, which was hassle free and concise. I have to agree that the lower starred review here is just jibberish. Unlike the idiots we have wasted the last week visiting and 60 of fuel driving to view vans, just to arrive and find the advertiser had blatantly lied onlIne, concealed defects, as well as omitting them from the advert and wasted our time and money, Chollerford had a good van, at a good price that resembled the advertisement well. Customer service was great and without the annoying sales talk nonsense suffered elsewhere. I would buy here again without hesitation. Shame I didn't find this place a week ago. Could have saved the family and I loads of frustration (to put it politely).
Not sure what the other reviewer is on about but I found this trader to be honest and reliable and would certainly buy from again.
