Old equipment compared to other gyms, if its busy you can't really get in to do weights. 30 day cancellation period apparently, cancelled a day late due to new year so got charged for an extra month. Not good at all

Been a member of this gym (including its previous incarnation) since 2013. Love the location and the fact I have to travel past it after work.....this kind of guilt trips me into getting my fat a@&e in there. Since its change of ownership and refurbishment it now represents a more finished and modern facility.. The young folks who staff the place are a real credit If I had one area to improve it would be a sauna room for post workout
