Has everything you could ask for in a small community gym.

Really nice gym. Friendly staff. Competitive prices. Also its not very busy sometimes empty. Great place to be with lots of services offered. However it can be a bit stuffy especially in summer and you can get a wider variety of resistance and cardio machines at other gyms.

Wonderfully friendly people, welcoming and open to out of town drop-in visitors. A bit short on free weights and space, but with a good range of machines. They also offer a couple distinct perks -- free lockers with keys, and a sauna.
